Join our team as our Customer Service Inventory Manager.  We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to drive efficiency and enhance our customer experience.

The Customer Service Inventory Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions while overseeing inventory management. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance customer service excellence with inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly smile.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing information and addressing questions.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records for appointments, medical histories, and billing.
  • Intake and discharge dogs and cats, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to create a seamless workflow in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Manage scheduling to maximize clinic efficiency.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer insightful support.
  • Oversee inventory processes, including stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or higher degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in variety of software applications including Google Calendar, Excel, Word plus willing to learn our computer management system.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
