We are a mixed animal veterinary clinic located in Northwest Iowa.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and any questions or concerns are resolved efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients in resolving issues by identifying the problem, researching solutions, and following through until resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients.
- Document client interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall client experience and address client needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle account changes, billing issues, and service cancellations with efficiency and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort with handling difficult situations and maintaining a positive attitude.
