**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Veterinary Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical veterinary knowledge and outstanding communication skills to provide excellent support to our veterinarians and exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including examinations, laboratory tests, surgeries, and treatment of animals.
- Administer medications and vaccines under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
- Provide educational information and support to pet owners regarding their pets’ health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records and logs for all animals.
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Schedule appointments, manage the calendar, and ensure smooth client flow during office visits.
- Handle client billing and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized reception and treatment area.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using veterinary practice management software is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Empathy and compassion for animals and their owners.
